Discover Wellbeing with Food Sensitivity Testing
An IgG food sensitivity test measures IgG antibody levels in your blood in response to particular foods. These antibodies can be produced by your immune system when you consume foods you might be sensitive to, potentially causing physical, mental, and emotional discomfort. We use science to help you connect the dots for a comprehensive understanding of your wellbeing.

Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy
EFIT uses techniques to work through and process emotions, traumas, blocks, and other matters encountered during the healing journey. I use a holistic approach. I provide the support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental health needs. The support should also consider their physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.



My Working Philosophy
My goal is the fusion of western medicines’ evidence-based traditional methods and eastern medicine that focuses on treating the person as a whole as opposed to just their symptoms. Eastern medicine is associated with the five elements, earth, metal, water, wood, and fire. I target disharmony in the meridian system so health can be restored. Meridians are paths through which the life energy known as “qi” flows.
Harmony in the body is achieved by using my Four Pillars of Treatment. Primary Therapy is based on organic nutrition using your food sensitivity testing, detoxification, and nutrient support. Complimentary Therapy includes body movement, massage therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and journaling. Essential Therapies use breathing practices, and internal dialogue work to create more joy in your life. Fine-Tuning Therapies are rooted in meditation, grounding, herbalism, crystal healing, spiritual practices, and treatments that target specific concerns.
